Mark E. Coles Jr, CPA
Founding Partner
Mark is one of the founding partners, of JS Alan, where he is currently leading the accounting practice, as well as a team chief (Captain) within the Army Reserve's 412th Civil Affairs Battalion (Airborne). At North Highland he was responsible for the tax strategy, compliance, and shareholder communication for both US and Foreign taxable entities as well as all indirect taxes and business registrations. Prior to that, he was a tax senior and SALT specialist at Windham Brannon, PC, where he managed teams on large client engagements including consulting, tax planning and compliance at the local, state and federal levels.
